Calling all Bornholm lovers: now you can visit Bornholm again - all year round!

Mandy Stacey, the English Artist living on Bornholm, has used her colourful PhotoArt in this uniquely designed A4 Hanging Month-View Calendar for 2026. 

The Calendar is named "A YEAR ON BORNHOLM" and it celebrates the natural beauty of Bornholm throughout the year. Each page has a separate colour theme and features photography of Bornholm from that month, along with charming little stories about each of the images. The colourful, modern front cover features all 12-month images in a square mosaic on a clean, white background. Each A4 month-view displays one beautiful main picture, plus four detail shots, with the calendar grid below - all in Mandy Stacey's distinctive colour-led, detail-focused style that truly captures the heart and soul of Bornholm, all year round.

Experience the snowy landscapes of January with tender-pink skies; the Spring greens of May accompanied by fluffy white sheep and bursts of white cherry blossom; the cooling blue Baltic on a hot summer's beach in July; the russet and golds of November treetops with Hammershus Castle topping the skyline. The featured photography is identified and brought to life with the informative and inspiring little stories, included as a separate print-out.

Product Details: A4 sized (W 21 cm x H 29.7 cm) wall hanging calendar for 2026 - with a 1 page per month layout; durable spiral wire binding; clean and modern calendar format (in Danish language for days of the week and months) good quality, bright white card-paper, easily written on in ballpoint pen. The calendar and story print-out are wrapped together as a cellophane gift package and mailed out in a hardbacked envelope.

• The 2026 Art Calendar "A YEAR ON BORNHOLM' is largely based on a new collection of PhotoArt by Mandy Stacey taken over the course of a year living on Bornholm. Some of the Detail Images are taken from her 2023 Exhibition "The Colours of Bornholm: In All Four Seasons"
• "The Colours of Bornholm: In All Four Seasons" is on display in her Allinge Art Gallery and was also a Solo Exhibition in the historic Gudhjem Mill in 2023. This now also features in her full-scale permanent Exhibition at Rønne Airport.
• This is what Mandy Stacey has to say about the original Exhibition:

"I fell in love with Bornholm in the summer of 2022. It was easy. The vibrant colours, the breath-taking beauty of the nature, the ageless charm of the place. And then I discovered the famous artist Oluf Høst's paintings of Bornholm capturing the same scenes in the same bright colours, and it inspired me to create a PhotoArt Series celebrating the colours of Bornholm in all four seasons."

• Mandy Stacey's interest in Oluf Høst was rewarded with an Exhibition in The Oluf Høst Museum in 2023 "Mindet Om Ole" ("Remembering Ole") using her PhotoArt to tell the fascinating story of the artist's son Ole W. Høst who tragically died in WW2.
• Mandy Stacey is an English artist now living in Sandvig-Allinge with her Danish husband and business partner Curt Stavis. As well as creating PhotoArt, they both have a company Bornholm365 to develop business and tourism on the island all year round.
