On 16 July 2023, Mandy Stacey opened her own Art Gallery and Gift Shop "The House of Many Colours" on the picturesque harbourfront in Allinge, Bornholm. The English colour artist needed a place to display her PhotoArt and sell her range of Art Gifts, while her exhibition at the Oluf Høst Museum was running from March - October 2023.

The 2-room Gallery displayed her 12-part Series: "The Colours of Bornholm: In All 4 Seasons" featuring beautiful montages of PhotoArt with accompanying stories, inspired by the famous Bornholm artist Oluf Høst (1884-1966) drawing on their shared colour palettes. Also on display was a large scale Backlit Acrylic "The Colours of Bornholm: Celebration Palette" allowing visitors to choose their favourite colour and hear the story; and a Høst inspired Backlit A1 Acrylic "Norresan Revisited" in shared winter palette of blues, greens and yellow. Mandy Stacey developed a range of Limited Edition Gifts such as Art Posters in various sizes, Art Mugs and Notebooks for tourists to enjoy as souvenirs.

Following the success of the Gallery in 2023, Mandy Stacey opened for a full season from 1 May 2024, expanding her Gift range. She moved permanently to Bornholm in February 2024, living in Sandvig with her Danish husband and business partner Curt Stavis, working together for their company Bornholm365.
