Payment

Bornholm365 accepts payment with Mobile Pay, Dankort, VISA, Mastercard and a wide range of other international payment and credit cards. All agreements on payment and credit cards are provided by the industry's leading company, NETS A/S, which cooperates with our web and domain supplier, Dandomain A/S.
Your payment will only be debited from your account when the item has been dispatched. The amount is always in Danish kroner (DKK) and includes VAT. We use an approved payment server, which ensures that all your card information is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, so that your information cannot be read.

Delivery
Bornholm365 uses PostNord, where the delivery time is 2-5 working days, but in certain cases the delivery time can be a little longer, which will appear in your order summary. Your order will be sent to your nearest parcel shop, or to your home, and when your order is ready for collection, you will receive an e-mail from PostNord.

Right of withdrawal
We give a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our Webshop, where the period is calculated from the day the order is received. Return costs are for you to pay. The cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase. The notice must be given by email at mail@MandyStacey.com. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You are liable if damage occurs during transport.
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item.

Privacy Policy
When you visit our website, information is collected about you, which is used for marketing and statistical purposes. This happens through "cookies", which are small text files that are saved on your computer when you visit a website. You can delete cookies or disable cookies on your website browser at any time.
At Bornholm365, we use information to understand our customer segment using Google Analytics, so that we can target ads to customers who might be interested in our products.
